How to Use / Directions

Diffusion: Use 5 drops in a diffuser for 20 minutes.
Inhalation / topically: Apply 3 drops to pillow or collar; for ages 3+, apply 3 drops to feet before bedtime.
Bath: For babies 6 months, mix 1–2 drops into 1 teaspoon of milk and add to bath water. For children 3+ years: use 5–10 drops in 1 teaspoon of milk in bath (max bath 15 min).
Massage: Blend 2–5 drops into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or unscented cream; massage into spine at night.
