How much is shipping?

Our standard freight charges are:

  • Anywhere in New Zealand $8.99  
  • FREE shipping on orders over $150.
  • Rural addresses (RD) $13.99
  • Waiheke Island $15.99


How long does shipping take?

Smaller orders which fit into courier bags (up to A3 size) are sent using an overnight NZ Post service. For larger parcels (in boxes) the usual delivery times are as follows:

  • Christchurch and surrounding areas: 1-2 days.
  • Rest of New Zealand: 2-3 working days.
  • Rural delivery addresses: can take up to 7 working days.


Which shipping method do you use?

For larger parcels we use a door-to-door tracked courier service using TOLL Couriers. For smaller parcels we use overnight NZ Post.


Where do you ship from?

We ship daily (Mon-Fri) from our Christchurch warehouse.


Where can I purchase your products?

New Zealand customers can purchase from Australian customers can purchase our products from the following web stores: or or you can contact us by email at for our stockists. We stock some products at Baby City, Baby Factory, Farmers, Baby on the Move, Mighty Ape and selected stores nationwide. Some of our products are only available on our own website.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used for products that are on sale, have already been discounted, package deals, pre-order items or in conjunction with any other promotion. They also cannot be used to buy gift vouchers.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

We can ship small parcels (A3 and smaller) to a PO Boxes using NZ Post. For larger parcels (boxes) we use a TOLL courier tracked service and we cannot send box-size packages to PO Boxes.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards through Shopify Payments, AfterPay (for orders over $150) and bank transfers into our ASB account.


Do you allow Click and Collect?

We are based in Christchurch city. If you would like to pick up a product, please select Click & Collect. Pick up times are 9am-12.30pm Monday to Friday. To pick up outside of these times text Jane on 0210540251.

Where can I purchase your products in store?

Our stockists are listed on our STOCKISTS page. Not all stockists, stock our full range, so please call before visiting the store. Some of our products we only sell direct (not sold in stores in NZ). These include Buzzy4Shots, Bubble Bum and most of our bedwetting & toilet training products (alarms & watches).


Can I purchase your products in bulk?

What happens if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within 4 working days please track your parcel using the information provided in your tracking email. If you need further assistance please contact your nearest courier branch and quote your tracking number. They may see that a calling card was left for you or they may ask you for specific information about your exact location. Alternatively you can contact us at or phone us on 0210540251 and we’ll help you track your parcel. 


I think my product might be faulty. What should I do?
