Ingredients by Volume: Certified Organic Lavender Spike, Eucalyptus Australiana, Eucalyptus Blue Gum, Fir Balsam, Spruce Black.

Important: Do not use on babies under 3 months. For 3–6 months, use half the recommended dosage.

How to UseFor Congestion:Add 1–5 drops to a diffuser or humidifier in baby’s room; refresh every 2 hours as needed.Add 1–2 drops to bedding or clothing for gentle aromatherapy.For Coughs:Dilute 1–3 drops in almond oil or another carrier oil (olive, coconut, grapeseed) and apply to soles of feet or chest.For Immune Support & Allergies:Add 1–5 drops to ½ cup milk, then into bath water. Limit baths to 15 minutes; repeat daily.For babies 6+ months, apply diluted blend to soles of feet daily.
