How long does shipping take?

Small parcels which fit into courier bags (up to A3 size) are sent using an overnight NZ Post service. For large parcels (in boxes) the usual delivery times are as follows:

• Christchurch and surrounding areas (small or large parcels): 1-2 days.
• Rest of New Zealand: Small parcels 1-2 working days.
• Rest of New Zealand: Large parcels 3-5 working days.
• Rural delivery addresses: 5-7 working days.
