How to Use

• Set Up on Your Toilet
  Unfold the sitz bath and place it securely over your toilet seat. Ensure it sits flat and stable, with the pump hose free from any kinks.
• Fill with Water
  Add warm or cool water — whichever your midwife suggests.
  The overflow vents prevent mess, so fill to a comfortable level.
• Add Optional Extras
  If approved by your midwife, you may add a small amount of salt or a postpartum-safe herbal blend for added comfort.
• Sit & Relax
  Lower yourself gently onto the bath and soak for 10–20 minutes.
  The warm or cool water can help ease swelling, tenderness, stitches, and general postpartum soreness.
• Use the Built-In Pump for Added Comfort

• Follow the guidance of your midwife or healthcare provider. This is especially important if you have stitches, tearing, haemorrhoids, or have recently had a C-section.

• Only add salts, oils, or herbal mixtures if approved by your midwife. Some additives may irritate healing skin.

• Make sure the sitz bath is positioned securely on your toilet to prevent tipping or spills.

• Lower yourself onto the bath slowly and stand up gently.Warm water can sometimes cause light-headedness.

• Avoid overfilling. Use the built-in overflow vents to help keep water levels safe.

• Clean thoroughly after each use with warm, soapy water and allow it to dry completely.

• Stop using it right away if you experience discomfort, increased pain, or irritation, and reach out to a healthcare professional.

• Keep away from children. It may fold up neatly, but it’s not a toy.
