Materials & Care

Sinus congestion - head colds and hayfever

Add 3–6 drops to steam inhalation or a tissue and breathe deeply, or 6–10 drops in a diffuser. You can also apply 1 drop to fingertips and place at the base of the nose, or lightly apply 1–2 drops to wrists and the back of the neck (dilute for sensitive skin). For chest support, mix 10 drops into 1 tsp of carrier cream/oil and massage onto the chest. Repeat as needed.

Easy breathing

Use the same methods as above: steam inhalation or tissue (3–6 drops), diffuser (6–10 drops), or 1 drop applied to the base of the nose. You can also apply 1–2 drops to wrists and neck (diluted if needed) or mix 10 drops with carrier cream/oil and massage onto the chest. Repeat as often as required.

Altitude sickness

Apply 1 drop to fingertips and place at the base of the nose. Repeat every 30 minutes while ascending to support comfort and easier breathing at higher altitudes.
