10ml glass bottle. Most uses need 3 to 10 drops, so one bottle covers weeks of regular use.

Fighting something off

Mix 10 drops into a quarter teaspoon of carrier cream and rub into your chest. Or breathe 3 to 5 drops over steam. Or rub 5 drops onto the soles of your feet before sleep, nightly for at least 10 days.

Everyday protection

Add 10 drops to a diffuser and top up as needed. Or add 10 drops to half a cup of milk and pour into a hot bath once a week. Keep therapeutic baths under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Eucalyptus Australiana, Spike Lavender, Tea Tree, Cypress, Scotch Pine, wild Manuka and Thyme Thymol. All certified organic except the wild-harvested manuka.

Safety considerations

Safe to use alongside other medication. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional. Avoid contact with eyes, flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

This blend does not contain nut oils, however the place of manufacture handles nut oils.

Can I use this for my kids?

This is the adult blend. Child Immune Care is the version formulated for children. If you share a bedroom with your child, use Child Immune Care in the diffuser rather than this one.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Check with your midwife or GP first. You'll find pregnancy-safe options in our pregnancy and postpartum range.

When should I start using it?

Before you get sick if you can. Run it in the diffuser through winter or when daycare bugs are going around. If something gets through, switch to the foot rub and chest rub routine for at least 10 days.
