10ml glass bottle. A single use ranges from 1 drop under the nose to 10 drops in a diffuser, so one bottle covers weeks of regular use.

Steam or tissue

Add 3 to 6 drops to a bowl of hot water or a tissue and breathe deeply.

Diffuser

Add 6 to 10 drops and let it run in your bedroom or living space.

Quick relief

Put 1 drop on your fingertip and apply to the base of your nose.

Chest rub

Mix 10 drops into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or cream and massage onto your chest or back. For wrists and neck, 1 to 2 drops is enough, diluted if you have sensitive skin. Repeat as often as you need.

Can I use this around my baby?

Inhale isn't designed for use with infants, so diffuse it in a separate room from your baby. If you want a blend made for little ones, Baby Breathe is designed for babies with their first colds.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Not during pregnancy. If you're breastfeeding, check with your midwife or GP first. You'll find pregnancy-safe options in our pregnancy and postpartum range.

What's the difference between Inhale and Breathe Well?

Inhale targets your head: blocked nose, sinus pressure and congestion. Breathe Well targets your chest: coughs, mucus and chest congestion. If the cold has moved to your chest, Breathe Well is the better pick.

Steam or diffuser, which works better?

Steam is faster and stronger, best when you're properly blocked. The diffuser is gentler and works over hours, good for overnight.

Do I need to dilute it?

Only for the chest rub (10 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil or cream) or on sensitive skin. A single drop at the base of the nose can go on neat.

Can I use it with my usual cold medication?

Yes, it's safe to use alongside other medication.

How long does a bottle last?

Daily single drops will last months. Regular diffuser use gives roughly 20 to 30 sessions per bottle.
