10ml glass bottle. Uses range from 3 drops on the throat to 10 drops in a bath or diffuser, so one bottle covers weeks of regular use.

Chest congestion

Mix 10 drops with a quarter teaspoon of carrier oil or cream and rub onto your chest and back. Use up to 5 times a day.

Dry cough

Add 10 drops to a bath or diffuser, or breathe 3 to 5 drops over steam.

Allergies and hay fever

Use 3 to 5 drops as a steam inhalation.

Sore throat

Rub 3 drops onto your throat and around the jawline, 2 to 3 times a day.

Breathe Well is for your chest: coughs, mucus and chest congestion. Inhale is for your head: blocked nose and sinus pressure. If you've got both, plenty of people keep the pair on hand through winter.

Can I use this around my baby?

This blend isn't designed for use with infants, so diffuse it in a separate room. For little ones with a cough or congestion, Baby Breathe is the blend made for them.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Not during pregnancy. If you're breastfeeding, check with your midwife or GP first. You'll find pregnancy-safe options in our pregnancy and postpartum range.

How often can I apply the chest rub?
