      Great internal features, not so great external features

      We have had our watch since the start of this term (3 weeks) unfortunately for us the colour part to the watch face lasted 2 days before falling off and the elastic is now fraying. We find the strap is just far too big and bulky on Mr 6 the velcro over laps and annoys him, seems no way to adjust for the little ones. As for the features of the watch they are brilliant! Discreet reminders, love that this one can be locked to save button playing. Just disappointed the external features are not lasting.

If you haven't already contacted us, please do so and we can replace your watch so Mr 6 can continue to fully benefit from the 'brilliant features' of his watch.
